The challenge
FinanceOS was drowning in a legacy interface — slow, cluttered, and impossible to extend. Users couldn't find the numbers that mattered, and every new feature made it worse.
What we did
- Ran a focused discovery sprint to map the core workflows users actually used daily.
- Rebuilt the front-end in Next.js with a reusable design system for fast iteration.
